Most dieters have this process backward. They try to get thin so they ll have more self esteem instead of raising self esteem so they can get skinny. They don t understand that it s the insecurity that s at the core of their issues with fat. The truth is that if you don t feel secure, if you don t believe in yourself, your body is actually working against you when you try to become thin. And remember that your body is always in charge.
